Linda Rabagliati is Vice President, Consulting Services and COO for
Alliant Consulting, Inc. She has over 20 years of experience in management
consulting and has held the positions of Project Manager, Director and
Vice President of Consulting Services during her tenure with two international
and one national consulting firm before co-founding Alliant Consulting.
Prior to her career in management consulting, Linda’s business
experience encompassed operational management, production planning and
scheduling, purchasing and inventory management, and quality assurance
in several high-tech manufacturing environments.
Linda has designed and managed major reorganization projects for both
small business and Fortune 200 clients. Linda’s consulting experiences
have encompassed the following industries:
- Cable Television/Telco
- Newspaper Publishing
- Health Care
- Manufacturing
- Utilities
- Hospitality
- Banking
- Insurance
- High-tech Manufacturing Industries
These projects have involved virtually every operational component
of a business and have resulted in increased revenues, customer retention
and cost reduction.
In newspapers she has provided consulting services in circulation, advertising,
production, editorial, marketing, finance and administration.
In healthcare, Linda has directed performance improvement projects involving
revenue management, medical affairs, customer service, authorizations,
eligibility, contracts and benefits, provider relations and claims.
These projects have resulted in enhanced provider and member satisfaction
and reduced operating costs.
She has consulted from editorial, sales, marketing and promotions through
order entry and fulfillment, customer service, dispatch, telemarketing,
mailroom, inventory control, distribution, packaging, pre-press, composing,
production, creative services, new media, advertising support, facilities
management, accounting, purchasing, billing and collections. She has
designed and administered customer surveys, developed customer-driven
service, quality and productivity standards and led the reorganization
required to achieve those standards.

In her role as Vice President, Consulting Services, Linda has daily
oversight and input to Alliant’s projects. She works with President
Toni Malanaphy-Sorg to design projects and match the right consultants
to each initiative. She guides the entire project team utilizing our
unique process of reporting and review. She is on project sites regularly,
reviewing work, providing training for client team members, training
and coaching executives and making adjustments as warranted to ensure
the delivery of expected results and lasting value for our clients. |
